Defoliate a flowering auto?

Hello! I am contemplating defoliation for my GSC auto which is just starting its 3rd week of flower. My concern is that the humidity may be too high, and there may be too little air flow due to the plant's healthy size. What are yall's opinions on this? Too stressful? Thanks!

Hello, in my opinion the 1st 3 weeks of flowering is the best time to remove any plant matter that is taking energy or light from the rest of the plant. So now would be a great time to clean up the bottoms of all Bud sites and leaves that are in the shade. And if you remove some of the top most leaves that might be blocking light that will also help with the high humidity because less leaves less transpiration. Also better airflow around the Bud sites which supposedly helps to make bigger buds sometimes. I'm Pro Defo.✌️

No, do it for sure! It will help with air flow and humidity and maybe even help reveal some bud sites 👍

In this stage at flower I'd say just leave them. Let the girl stretch. They are powering her bud creation so I'd just leave um be. Happy Growing! 👊
