Based on the pictures, should I be doing more defoliation of fan leaves?

Look at that lush greenery! I would go in a take any fan leaves that are blocking light to lower buds sites as well as any Fan leaves that are laying against one another. Be very selective and only take what’s necessary once you do a slight Defol you will have way better light penetration as well as better air flow throughout the canopy hope this helps Fam happy growing ✌️

The canopy is looking good and has a nice amount of bud nodes!
All I have to suggest is doing some lollipopping. Other than that, they look good to me.

Hola bro, yo si lo haría, quitar hojas y ramas bajas que no alcanzan a llegar a la luz, normalmente eso lo hago antes de pasar a 12-12, hago defoliación dejo que se recuperen del estrés regando con EC baja y subiendo la altura de la luz, luego que se recuperan hago el cambio 12-12 y en la segunda semana de floración (después que se estira la planta) quito las hojas que estan cubriendo a otros cogollos. Buen trabajo estan hermosas! Buenos humos! 👌

I concur with @Anonymous2022 - you are in 1st week of flowering.
You should trim your lower branches and leaves. I have done so every time (granted I am not doing this very long) but it never seemed to hurt.

Hi there
Personally I would as your get high humidity, and it will increase better air flow but dont go to mad you dont want to shock her,
I defoliate in veg and only remove leaves that are covering buds in flower,
