Lst going right?

Im trying to make my critikal plant grow like a spiral instead of Christmas tree, im just tying down the top and trying to guide the main line with the sticks, im not sure if im doing anything wrong because i am a newbie so please, any suggestions are welcome!

There's nothing that you're doing wrong! The whole point of LST is to get the bud sites into the light and to force the plant to grow the way YOU want it to grow... so all's good!! Good luck!

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed. I applied two or three layers of duct tape, not sure if the constant pull of ties will allow it to heal and repair. When should I take the tape off?

What should I do with my plants that have grown thicc to receive more light? - First Grow My plants (1 auto, 1 photo) have grown a lot and are now pretty thicc. Should I remove some leaves to allow more light directly on the new growths from the nodes? More agressive LST? Leave them alone? They have grown in a weird pattern because of my LST attempts (see pic).

Lower leaves too pale or yellowing?I am noticing the lower leaves of my Royal Critical Automatic to be much more pale green than the top of the plant.
