You have a long time remaining. You should not frustrate yourself thinking about harvesting at this point. you have several weeks remaining
trichomes turn color thorughout grow. most don't realize it because they only look at the end.. you only see the top layer of calyxes/trichomes. There's amber long before those last few weeks, trust me. You just can't see it buried underneath a mass of plant material.

use all three to determine harvest. you can even clip things off to test early-to-late harvest for your own preferences.. but if oyu took some off now i guarantee disappointment.
Even when it looks ripe to teh eye (ignoring the 3 metrics above), it probably has 1-2 weeks remaining. pistils should not be long and white (optical illusion, they don'w shrink, the calyx plumps around it, then the pistils coil up later on too).
