Maybe some sort of stress defence mechanism. Would be very interested to know how well this plant performs to the others. Could potentially be a genetic thing.

Should I do a bit of defoliation and if so, when?Should I defoliate these a bit? And when specifically? Especially the really bushy Stilton x 3BOG. I am haven't adjusted LST since first signs of flower but the tent is a bit crowded and I thought that defoliation might help with air flow and even distribution of light?5y ago

Defoliate the center or leave her alone?My girl is short and dense due to early manifolding and LST. The center is crowded and there's not much light penetration or air flow there, though I do have fans going. I'm tempted to defoliate some older leaves crowding the center. Can I remove 1 leaf?I've got 2 bud sites that are covered by 1 leaf, I'm itching to take that one leaf away to expose those budsites as I can't bend it out of the way because the stem is still too short, will this shock the plan at a critical stage? Am I better waiting a few days?Week 3

Should i defoliate and/or lollipop this auto super mazar thats about 2 weeks into flowering?Its a dwc hydro auto super mazar. Shes 2 weeks into flowering and hella bushy. This is my first plant I've seen through to flowering so im scared of stressing her out but i need better light penetration.

Defoliating the auto on the late flowering stageThe canopy is very dense with a huge amount of small leaves I can't tuckle because of their size. It's a deep stage of flowering.
