They look good from here but you didn't write any trichrome descriptions...clear, milky, amber? :) I'd say give them 4 more days. And weight...hmmm 4 ounces per plant.

Is it time for light defoliation?These plants are all 4 almost 5 weeks since seed. Top leaves on the large one at the back are shadowing those beneath it. A couple leaves at the bottom are extremely limp due to not receiving enough light. Is it time for a light defoliation? How do I distinguish which leaves?Techniques. Defoliation

As seen in one of my pics on week 16, you can see a dried brown spot on one of my leaves. It's not on a ton of leaves but it's in a few different spots. What could be causing this? If it's a PH issue I don't know because I'm doing no-till and haven't monitored the PH.Week 16
