Hi @Chevywood! You're very close to the finish line, buds are looking awesome! But to be honest no one can tell better than you (with the help of a magnifier/microscope)! Pistils can be a clue, if you noticed that new pistils have stopped appearing and old pistils have almost all turned red and curly, but the best way to ensure it's the right time is to look at the trichomes with a magnifier/microscope. Clear/Transparent/Skinny trichomes mean it's too soon, Milky/Cloudy/Fat trichomes mean the harvest window is open, Amber trichomes mean the harvest window is ending, and THC is degrading. Looking at your last pictures, I think you're very close, maybe 5-10 days, but you rather buy a 2$ hand-held microscope to ensure your buds are fully ready. Hope this will help, let me know in the comments section if you need any further information, and happy growing! 👊

The breeder estimate is a guide, it almost always takes longer than that. It looks like you still have alot of white hairs, wait until these slow down and you're seeing 70%Amber hairs. Then begin flush. Then check the trichs as well as you can, I take a decent photo as clear as you can flash on. Then zoom in and try to look at the colour of the trichs(crystals)

Like usual this best way to know is to check the trichomes ratio with a 40x magnifier , and harvest depending on the ratio/effect you want ( clear trichs = energetic high ; amber trichs = stone ; 50/50 = mixed effect ). If you can't do that then stick to the breeder infos or the general flowering period of the strain ; sour diesel is generally flowering in 9 to 10 weeks = 63 to 70 days . My thought is that your plant can takes a extra week of flowering to get to 70 days and an extra flushing week before harvest
