Aphids! Ladybugs are the safest option. A spray of plain water with a few drops of liquid soap may be of benefit also, but don't spray if using or intending to use ladybugs.

Since I’m doing an organic grow as well, I decided to do a little digging, earthworm castings contains “chitinase” which I guess makes them vulnerable and destroys the exoskeleton. So if this were my grow and seeing how infested it is, I would def dip plant in water, then top dress about an inch of worm castings, stick 5-10 ladybugs in there. Give it two weeks and I bet you’re good and clean.

Soil mites should live in the soil and there look bit huge for typical soilmites i would go with chatpgt and say aphids since i dont like chemical pestizides i would use ladybugs or Chrysopidae as natural predators and for sure, try to collect as many as you can

ChatGPT is correct, get ladybugs and nematodes if possible. Extreme measures are dipping the plant in water to get them off. Sticky traps is cheap for outside the pots, DE inside. Make sure you isolate the infestation! Otherwise it’s soap and water my friend. (Ladybugs are for leafs, nematodes for soil)
