Hello I normally started LST around day 16-18. When they have 3-4 full nodes. Then i start with LsT. Its a good moment. Even if you want to top your plant i recommend after the 3th node... Happy growing

Hello HairyBeastsGarden, your girl is looking good. LST is to my opinion one of the best training methods you can use because u can shape the plant to your desire while training so you catch 2 birds with one stone. U can start lst as long as your roots are established and the stems and branches are thick enough to bend without breaking them. I would recommend bending the main stem to the level of the other buds so they can all grow a little bit more even. Hope this was an helpfull comment. Keep on growing my friend. Peace 👍

She needs another week or two before you start. Just depends on what you want to do. If your trying to grow her in a circle around grow pot then u can start now. But if you are just trying to bend main stem over so you can even the lower branches with it to form a canopy. Two weeks or so. If you want to top then lst you need a few more nodes 4 to 5 before top. Then let inner branches become mains.
