Diary n°9 was harvested 6 months ago, diary n°7 was harvested 4 months ago, diary n°3 was harvested 4 months ago, diary n°1 was harvested 5 months ago ... How did you guys managed to enter (and win) with 2018 diaries? 🤨

I think the important thing is how the diary is made
in the selection to enter you can choose between the finished diaries and if one of these did not participate in any diary you can use even if a few months before
I do 3 strain at a time and then for 3 months I am stopped because I have another cycle so I use the previous diaries

@Stick, you can enter the competitions with any harvested journal. Previously when these journals were entered in the fasts giveaway , the site didn’t allow you to enter the GD competitions. I believe this is their way of fixing it so more people can enter and be better competition

@Stick, after consultation with the Growdiaries team, everyone can join again in each month with another diary. The diaries must be from 2018 or 2019 to participate.
Alslo anyone feel free to participate in May again.

@Bossy_Marmalade, don't get disheartened....they shift eveytime the page is reloaded. So one minute you'll be 67 then 21 then 105 etc etc.✌️

@Experimentgreen, Holy Cow! You're absolutely right about that; last was 66, then fell to 77. But I checked today and I jumped up to 14th!!!

@Denzul, i feel your pain....my diary that got 1st place last year was down at i think 67th place and I thought I lost for sure! You can look at the journal tab and it has a little paragraph about how they pick the winners. Good pictures, learning new things, teaching other people, being part of the community, good documentation practices, creativity etc.

@LockDownGrow, it's a hard one to call, because there's always some really good diaries in every month to compete with. Yea now that i think about it, it seems like since last years december for diary of the year there have been usually at least 100 people to contend with. Good luck on whichever month you go in on. ✌️

@Experimentgreen, Haha yes there is 124 diaries including mine so 123 reasons to loose 😄😅 Later is better than never , I'm the best around for understanding a joke 1 week after it was told to me ! Last time it happens I was in my car , end of the week, and I started to laughs at a joke from Monday .... at least 5 days to understand ! Too much weed 😂

@Cosmic_haze, same thing with me bud. There's hurdles to jump through. I think you have to answer a fellow growers question . And have it selected. I don't think you can leave too much out on nutes used and content of journal. Basically the more you're on, the more you know, the more people that recognize you.

@Cosmic_haze, serious? Dang..if i enter it usually only gives me the one diary option, I figured it was because i usually only have 1 unused diary at a time. Yea that's a definite flaw in the system, hopefully they'll check it out.✌️
